Liquid Vitamins
The Medical Association from America says that it's good to take vitamins each day, if you want
to maintain your body fit and healthy. Perhaps, you and other members of your family are currently taking vitamin
pills. It might be a surprise for you to find out that now you can use liquid vitamins, which are also better than
the ones in solid form.
I'll now enumerate you some of the reasons for which you should consider the liquid vitamins if
you are not keen with chewable vitamins:
This type of vitamins are made in another formula, completely different. They don't use binders
for holding together the moleculas, nor agents for helping them to break up. They don't even contain artificial
flavors, colors, coating materials, as you may find in capsules or additional sweeteners which can harm your
health.
Another problem with capsules or pills is their size. Some of them might be too big for
swallowing.
Liquid vitamins are perfectly made for elder people and for those suffering of impaired
digestive ability. The explication is that liquids helps to an easy assimilation of the nutrients in the case of
handicapped patients.
Many people may forget to take vitamin pills, because they need to take a lot of types of
vitamins as a supplementation and it is also very difficult to swallow all of them. It is easier to take liquid
vitamins or vitamins that your body needs, because you may mix all of them with water or fruit juice.
While some people might consider taking liquid vitamins as being a wasteful expenditure,
Physician's Reference, a reference book mentions that 10 to 20% of the content included in vitamin pills is taken
by the body, while in the case of the nutrients contained by liquid vitamins (and even with chewable vitamins), 98%
are absorbed.
So, if we refer to the money, you could be wasting $90 in vitamin pills, while in the case of
liquid vitamins you waste only $2. The idea is that you could by liquid vitamins at 40$ and it could last you for a
month. If you buy the same quantity in vitamin pills form, it will cost you $300.
On the other hand, liquid vitamins permit you to consume the adequate amount of minerals,
antioxidants, vitamins and amino acids, which will allow you a maximum of absorbtion and also a minimum
wastage.
So, my question is: How could you continue to take pills and capsules, now that you know that
liquid vitamins are more comfortable and also efficient?
